At JenPora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return, refund, and exchange policy under the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable on product page
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
If the return is rejected after inspection, the item will be sent back to the customer.

- If return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover return shipping

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Provide photos or videos as proof
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund

- Inspection time: 2–5 business days after receiving return
- Refund processing: 5–10 business days after approval
- Total time may vary depending on payment provider
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not shipped
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow return process
