JenPora is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services. At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are continuously improving our logistics network and working toward expanding our delivery regions in the future.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do NOT ship to:
- Military bases (APO / FPO / DPO addresses)
- Alaska (AK)
- Hawaii (HI)
- U.S. territories and remote islands

3. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Eastern Time) are processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM (ET) are processed the next business day
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods
4. Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping
- Free shipping for orders over $98 USD
- Orders under $98 USD: $5.68 USD shipping fee
Express Shipping
- Available only for orders over $135 USD
- Express shipping fee: $8.98 USD
- Express orders are prioritized in fulfillment
- Delivery time depends on carrier and destination conditions
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.
6. Product Origin & Fulfillment
All JenPora products are manufactured in China and undergo strict quality control before shipment.

- All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse
- Returns must be sent back to our U.S. return facility
